Returns
We accept returns if you cancel the order before your session/class is held. But we have to justify the drawback experienced by the teacher and our party when you booked a timeslot which could have been booked by anyone else and cancelling afterwards. For the sake of recovering this deficit, we exclude 25% of your payment before refunding.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the service, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund amount will exclude 25% of the payment.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your time slot with another, you can do it with any free slot. Please contact our customer support team at least 1 hour before your session. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
Processing Time
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 3 business days after we receive your returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

c. Every online meeting is recorded by us, watch them and sell them back as recorded sessions. Every sale brings commissions to the teacher.
Unauthorized Connections
a. Since we seriously investigate every meeting you cannot share your contact details or any illegal/unauthorized information/request with your teacher/student.
b. If you have done something unauthorized, we immediately cancel your registration lifetime.
c. You cannot use the connect option of the website for unauthorized recommendations and unadmittable requests or enforcements. Those messages are seriously investigated by admins of the website.
